The plus side is you can just change them at any time. Mine's more or less a placeholder until I can come up with something better or be less lazy. Neither may happen.

...I've completed Tetris Attack's VS Mode on S-Hard difficulty without much issue, but I seem to have serious problems clearing Panel de Pon's VS Mode on S-Hard difficulty without losing, despite that game having technically a much easier AI to work with. I used to clear this without much problem as well, so I guess I'll just chalk this up to a certified "old man has aged to the point where he's lost several steps in his movement" moment.

I've gotten back to my TAP Master grind last night, and after months of not seriously grinding (just occasional TGM 20G on my Switch handheld to kill time), and I very quickly made a 16 second improvement to my best time. That sweet M rank is crawling closer, but it's still so far away yet!

I should really consider doing this now that I've gotten sub-60 in Apo and my official times in official games are close enough. The best 'clone' performance I did was on Heboris back in the day but it was a cheat - used SRS rotation to get S9. That's not nearly as difficult as using a rotation system like TGM that has limited wall kicks. I don't think I've done better than S3 or so on the original TGM but it's been a hot minute since I've tried.

Got that earlier at a place on the same block as where I work. Chinese restaurant doubled with a residence. I've been going there almost weekly for about a decade or so now. You can get all the food there for five cents less than a tenner and you also get two egg rolls and a fortune cookie.

Meal above is Beef Lo Mein. If you've never had it but you like Beef and Noodles I would try it out.

They really went all out on the art for that. I WISH something like that would cross over. The best I get is Smash Ultimate.



The game came up in conversation over the week, mostly over Sasai, but it really is a game that doesn't get a lot of talk more than it does a bad rap.

I had been getting sideways mentions of that, even though I don't watch baseball these days (been about two decades since I lived in IL where that was at least a passing interest).

Okay, so Lappland got an Alter, Suzuran got a mother annnnnd Crownslayer rose from the ranks of defeatable boss to playable character.

While I've never actually listened to that before I was like 'wow that sounds VERY similar to the 2000s era Alternative I used to listen to on the air waves'. Look it up: 2007. So I wasn't far off.



TH OSTs are pretty easy to recommend.

Unwise, or at least for me. The taller you get, the more fuel you require to keep the lights on. Not to mention being from a family tree of diabetics so going low blood sugar isn't a great idea.

Oh I remember those quite a bit. Not that I might've been anywhere directly part of that but I certainly kept track of Memblers for a bit there. I know they still get around...but if you knew what A-R.P.O.T.H.S among other things were, back then, you knew. There was a lot of NSF dev that got me to finally pick up the FT medium a very long time later but also be very interested in music dev for consoles in general based on their influence, among others like Damian Yerrick.

Some simple spag. Pretty good with the tomato and basil.

Tetrachroma is out. Five bucks (or less, if you're early).

I mean, to be honest, I will take either. They're both delicious in their own right.

That was good earlier. Potbelly's, Lucky 7. App-only so it's part of their Underground Menu on it. Worth every penny.
