Do you know how far it is off I-90? I hope to go to another FGC event over in Chicago sometime next year (money permiting), so maybe I'll get off just to see this in person if I do go.

Well, 90's going to put you on the north side of Indiana. Any restaurant worth its salt is probably going to have something like that. Just on a quick pass, I found this...

Illinois has them as well, especially in place like The 50's Diner, but that's further south in Peoria and the like down 55 and 74.

Ah, so it's not a dish from a specific diner. Good to know, I'll have to look more closely at where to stop when the time comes I suppose!
