Yea, Iām definitely considering posting updates here. Iām really not sure if RHDN forums are going to stay open so I will need to post my updates somewhere. I must say, this place is looking like a great place for my updates! Iām honestly not sure when Iāll have another update for the 7th saga. I have just been dealing with a lot of stress and I havenāt been able to get through it yet. The stress makes things hard to work on. I still do some things to keep learning but if Iām not learning something new for some reason I have a hard time with rom hacking. I have been thinking about the Elnard English patch and I might try to get back on that soon. When I do, Iāll definitely have some updates. I do need to look around this new site more. I looked into hacking snes music before but the software I was trying to use was forcing me to use a custom sound driver. I was trying to use the original sound driver. What software do you use and are you able to make music for the original sound driver for those games?
I donāt know anything about making music or snes music hacking but I am interested in learning. I have a lot of snes mmx1 aram data mapped out. One thing I couldnāt figure out was how to find the sound effects in aram. I donāt really use twitter much. I posedt my twitter for people to still be able to follow what I worked on just in case RHDN shut the forums down. The forums are definitely better for sure.
There is a few bugs that were found for the Elnard English patch, I think Iām going to create a new update for the beta patch that fixes those. I just realized the disassembly that Iām currently making is for 7th saga but Iāll need one for Elnard so all of the code is clean and nicely placed inside the rom. My sleep schedule is messed up right now so yea, I think Iāll start on that patch after I get some food in my system and after I create the update Ill post it in a new topic here for the Elnard English patch ____________________ Give someone a fish and you feed them for a day, teach them how to fish and you feed them for life. |
