It might be worth adding the SA-1 hacks for various games. It's really nice having some of these run without slowdown.

I'm not so much a ROM hacker as somebody who pokes at ROMs and occasionally makes some tools. Probably the most interesting thing I've made is a tool for fiddling with NES and FDS ROMs (mostly headers and organization, but also some of the FDS structures and conversion from UNIF).

Anyway, I'm glad to see somebody looking to pick up from where the RHDN folks left off. :)

The super v-power is my favorite (unofficial) snes revision. 128kb of vram x2 > 64kb of vram x1.
Sorry for not posting an official revision but I thought it would be cool to share this here. I designed the pcb and installed it. All 2 chips support 128kb of vram and the 1 chips do not.




Oh, interesting. Is there anything more you can say about it (or is there a project page up somewhere, maybe)? Were you able to avoid the issues with the vertical bar that show up in the official SNES revisions?
