The voices in my head; after some, time they sound like music.

If we ignore them for a moment, I really like the soundtrack of Redout from 2016, an F-Zero like game. Nintendo refuses to make a new F-Zero, so this is what I played instead. The soundtrack really pops off when racing in highspeed, so just listening to it won't have the same effect. :-) (I "sound" like a marketing guy...)

My second favorite tune is an early track and has lot of energy! Enough talk; *throws wine glas*:

Edit: Replaced the song with another one, as this is better suited for first time listeners.

Redout got a lot of good stuff out of its influences from other AG titles like WipeOut and the like. I just wish 2 would've gone better but it kind of fell through for me. That and no one in my circles of friends are into AG racers all that much so sharing it kinda sucks.

Speaking of, that's a good segue:

Stanton Warriors. Actually, the entire HD/Fury/Pulse OST is worth a look.

Was listening to The Fragile by Nine Inch Nails, yesterday was the 25th anniversary of the album's release. Still feels like it came out yesterday to me.

I still have to take it under consideration that Pretty Hate Machine and, by extension, Head Like a Hole was 35 years ago. That I was alive for it makes me feel old and decrepit.

That makes both of us. Though I didn't listen to their work until I was 13.

As for what I just finished listening to? An old classic.

If you recognize this tune, then I offer my condolences. I, too, was stuck in this dungeon for a very long time.

Besides The Fragile, Broken (Wish, Gave Up) also became 32 on the 22nd of this Month. And With Teeth will turn 25 next year...and I don't like that...

As for VG music, I been listening mostly to Jedah's theme from DarkStalkers 3, and Demitri's theme from DarkStalkers 1.

Dang it, Rin. Stop reminding me how old I am. X-3 Just kidding please keep doing that.

I normally play this during my dead time, when I'm not talking to anyone and I'm focused on grinding some games. I have some other 30+ min extensions, but this is usually my first go-to. This song does a good job at giving me some good adrenaline.

Oh, you want to pull out FGO?

Sure. I'll go a step further and put CCC in, too. :)

Hell yeah, FGO. I haven't even tapped into Lostbelt 6's music just yet recently, so this is only the beginning for me. :>

For now though, I'm going to enjoy BoFIII's boss battle theme while I work on my dailies.

Had a horrible day today, and I needed something to fill the dead time. I think this is perfectly suitable.

Still mentioning to people that BS F-Zero Deluxe exists in the wake of F-Zero 99 adding Ace League based on the Practice ROM for BS F-Zero back in the day.

Trials of Mana - High Tension Wire

I don't know where I can find a video for this, but I was listening to this for a good bit. Was going to have this playing while doing some Langrisser Mobile content, but that ended up not happening.

Couldn't find the corresponding video for this post, so an SPC file will have to do.

EDIT: If you don't want to open this in your SPC player, you could use this site and search "High Tension Wire". That site has a built-in SPC player.

I knew what it was before I even listened to it back before it got the Trials moniker but I got you:
