A first-party Sony IP about first-person 3D platforming as a robotic bunny named Robbit. Consists of two main games, as well as two spinoffs that are both heavier in text and Japan-only, all for the PS1.
I first got into it last year after seeing an acquaintance recommend it, and thoroughly enjoyed the main two games. Gameplay holds up surprisingly well for such an early 3D game, and the simple graphics nonetheless shine through the vibrant and whimsical aesthetic. Almost feels like a 3D version of Sonic CD at times. Overall it's a very fun romp and I really enjoy it, and I wish it had more recognition. See also: Geograph Seal, a Sharp X68000 game by Exact, Jumping Flash's devs, that's similar but more of a tank shooter than a platformer. |

I remember seeing that on a YouTube video when I was young. Might've been PeanutButterGamer or someone but that opened up a lost memory lol. Looks sick! ____________________ I do requests (reverse-engineering, programming, music, spritework, writing, etc.). I'm always learning.

Yeah they got around the fixed camera issue by having the camera pull overhead when platforming. It was awkward but it worked. ____________________ 8-bit is enough. |

I remember climbing all the way to the top of some platform high in the sky, and the ambient sounds were amazing, it really felt like I was high in the clouds! The latter city levels were my favorite, I felt like Godzilla jumping around buildings. There was a cheat code that let you jump 5 times in a row, so fun! |

It was an early PS1 title wasn't it? along with Ridge Race, Cyber Sled and a few others. I only knew most of these from the demo disc that came with the console. |
