The RSS feed at https://neoromhacking.net/rss.php is currently showing up in my feed reader as an invalid feed. It looks like it's because of an ampersand in this thread title:

[Technical][PSX] Help text Dumping (& eventually translating) Brightis - [06:01 PM] by tank120

I guess the ampersand needs to be encoded as &

I tried to import this RSS feed in Thunderbird and get the same error. And it has a neat builtin validator reporting whats wrong: https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fneoromhacking.net%2Frss.php

This feed does not validate. line 90, column 50: XML parsing error: <unknown>:90:50: not well-formed (invalid token) [help] <title>[Technical][PSX] Help text Dumping (& eventually translating) B ... ^ In addition, interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations. Feeds should not be served with the "text/html" media type [help] line 8, column 97: Self reference doesn't match document location [help]

™ seems to be valid in HTML. I don't know what it needs to be to get the feed working.
