HTML 5 App that lets you rip tiles from images with ease. Plenty adjustable. You can also draw with the tiles you rip.

To use this application:
Open the unzipped HTML file in your favourite modern browser. Load an image using the Choose File button (you'll want to use a tileset for this) and fiddle with the tile size as needed. Click on a tile in the right-hand image, then click in the left-hand scrollable region where desired. Repeat until you've assembled an image you want to hang on to, then use the Export to PNG button to acquire a PNG; save it via ctrl-S. |
