GEMS; Genesis Editor for Music and Sound effects. This music editor has been used in 186 Sega Genesis and Sega 32X games. This is a very old application, 1991. Still works in Windows XP SP3, but takes up the entire screen. Even though the application loads, it may take a great deal of effort to design music with this music development kit.
