Originally by The_Fake_God and updated by MegaManJuno, the NES Palette Editor allows you to visually inspect and modify palettes in NES ROMs. Bytes falling within the NES color range are displayed in color (based on the nes.pal file in the same directory). See the included text file for further details. Full VB6 source is included.
