An IPS patcher for Windows, originally created for a specific group, for a specific purpose.
Having been created in a time when only command-line patchers were widely published, one of its primary features was the simple gui.
Due to the fact that many patchers of the time failed or crashed when dealing with patches that would expand the original file's size, this patcher also featured two methods for dealing with such patches:

[li]Store excess data in another file during creation, ask user if such a file exists during application[/li][/list] |
