A ROM editor for Ayrton Senna's Super Monaco GP II, where you can make lots of changes to the game and then patch the changes into your ROM.
Can edit:
* Individual performance stats for all 15 CPU cars in Senna GP mode, including Top speed, acceleration, etc. See screenshot.
* CPU acceleration and top speed stats for all modes (World Championship, Free Practice, etc).
* Your car's performance, including acceleration, etc.
* How many laps for all 3 modes.
* How long the world championship season is (how many races).
Many options including:
* Don't slow down when you go off the track (this also lets you pass on the shoulder).
* Don't slow down when you hit obstacles.
* Don't crash when you hit obstacles at high speed.
* Turn off collision detection with obstacles (no clip mode).
* Turn off collision detection with CPU cars (no clip mode).
* Automatic transmission shows which gear you're in.
* Race with the hidden Hang-on bike.
* Editor automatically fixes the blank red screen (checksum check).
* Can disable the region check (will work in any region).
Will work on the USA ROM with a CRC-32 of EAC8DED6. Should also work on ROM hacks like Ayrton Senna’s Super Monaco ALLSTARS (here on RHDN), but have not fully tested them yet.
