makeftrom is the companion tool to the various game FamiTracker music conversions e.g. mm2ft, lozft, etc. It is used to import music (FTM and in some cases the game's native music format) to hacked ROMs.
makeftrom does NOT convert FTMs to any game's native format. It requires a corresponding FT conversion for the game of interest to provide the playback mechanism. Likewise the exact feature set available is dependent on what the FT conversion provides for that game.
To get started, read the readme.txt for an overview, then usage.html for the general user manual. Finally, the readme.txt for the FT conversion of the target game is also essential reading for game-specific details.
