Description
Policenauts (PS1) sound converter.

Tool can:

1. Extract sound+text files from “PN_VOX1.PAC” and “PN_VOX2.PAC”.

Files after extraction:
*.vag - original sound files
*.wav - converted sound files (with VAG/WAV option)
*.txt - game text for sound file
2. Insert sounds to “PN_VOX1.PAC” and “PN_VOX1.PAC” (and convert WAV to VAG with VAG/WAV option).

The length of the new sounds should not exceed the original length.

Tested on English patched version
