This tool will search your Final Fantasy X (PlayStation 2) ISO and find almost any enemy or boss in the game, and let you edit many of their stats. You can then patch/save those changes into your ISO.
Updated to version 1.1 (1/25/2023): Added a new page/tab that lets you edit: Gil won, AP won, AP won w/Overkill, common and rare items won after battle, items you can steal, bribe items, and adjustable amounts for all of those (up to 99). Added a 3rd page/tab that just shows hex values that the editor uses for searching.
Features:
* Will work on almost any enemy or boss in the game.
* Will work on almost any version or region of the game, including the "International" versions. Also works on many mods/hacks, including pbirdman's FFX mod.
* Lets you edit lots of monster stats, including: HP, MP, amount of damage needed for an Overkill, Strength, Defense, Magic, Magic Defense, Agility, Luck, Evade, and Accuracy.
* Can edit the monster's status resistance percentages, including: Death, Zombie, Petrify, Poison and Poison damage amount, Power Break, Magic Break, Armor Break, Mental Break, Provoke, Sleep, Silence, Blind, and Slow.
* Can also edit the monster's elemental strengths and weaknesses, including: Fire, Ice, Lightning, Water, and Holy. You have 5 different options to choose from by using the drop-down arrows (see the screenshot).
* Version 1.1 also lets you edit Gil won, AP won, AP won w/Overkill, common items won after battle and how many you win, rare items won after battle and how many you win, items you can steal and how many, and bribe items with an adjustment for how many.
* The tool works by using a simple old school way of searching for enemy stats. You just enter a few monster stats (which you can find all over the internet), and it will search your ISO for those stats.
* When it finds a match, it will display the rest of the stats, as well as the ISO addresses for that monster's HP and Gil won (useful if you want to see what else you can edit with a hex editor).
* There's an option that lets you decide if you want to create a new ISO file when patching, which keeps your original file safe. If you do have that option checked, the tool will automatically switch you over to the newly created file so you can continue editing more monsters if you want. Again, this keeps your original ISO file safe.
* Even though the ISO file is fairly big (around 4.4 GB), the tool can load or patch everything in about one second. If you decide to create a new ISO file, that process takes about 1 to 2 minutes, so be patient.
