| Description |
This editor lets you adjust lots of boss stuff in Final Fantasy X, and you can then patch those changes into your ISO. Should work on almost any version or region, including "International" versions.
Updated to ver 0.9 (1/11/2023): Is now compatible with pbirdman Final Fantasy X mod, have also increased the maximum allowed value for HP from 140,000 to 900,000.
Features:
* Can edit boss HP (health). Setting this value low enough means you can kill that boss with 1 hit.
* Can adjust the amount of damage required for an overkill.
* Can edit the Strength, Defense, and Magic stats.
* Can get as much Gil (money) as you want after a boss battle (up to $65,000).
* Can adjust the amount of AP (Ability Points) you get after a boss battle (up to 60,000). AP is kind of like experience points.
* Can get any item you want after a boss battle, and as many as you want (up to 99). There are 111 items to choose from.
* There is a page that displays the iso addresses found by the editor, as well as extra addresses for other boss data like: MP (Magic Points), Magic Defense, Agility, Luck, Evasion, Accuracy, uncommon items won after battle, and the amount of those items.
* You can dump all of the iso addresses into a text file, as well as the extra iso addresses mentioned above. The text file includes: Name of the game, all of the iso addresses, the values for those addresses, and a short description for what each address is for. This text file is handy to have if you want to use a hex editor to hack more stuff into your iso not covered by the editor.
* There is an option to create a new (back-up) iso file when patching. Keep in mind that making a copy of such a large file (4.4 GB) can take between 1 to 2 minutes.
* Even though the iso file is fairly large (around 4.4 GB), the editor only takes about one second to load or patch your file.
* There are several buttons that display handy information like the normal/default stat values, the values that are currently in your iso, minimum or maximum values for different stats, etc.
* There is a button that displays all 111 different items in the game along with a corresponding ID number. You simply pick which item you want to win after battle and enter that ID number where it says "Item won", along with the amount you want to get (up to 99).
* There are a few info buttons with detailed information, and should answer any questions.
Should work on almost any version or region, including "International" versions and some hacked versions. Has been tested on these versions so far:
