Final Fantasy IV Tweak is an online editor for Final Fantasy IV (Specifically a ROM of Final Fantasy II US v1.1). The current scope is mainly to edit commands.
That being said if you are interested in FF4: Free Enterprise, feel free to generate a ROM on their website and then try to apply some of ff4tweak's settings in that ROM, they usually work!
For a list of changes of the latest version take a look at the changelog or the documentation.
Offline option available as download, just unzip and open the Final Fantasy IV Tweak.htm with the browser of your choice
