Description
ArkanEdit is an editor for the SNES game Arkanoid - Doh it again.
It works with the PAL, US, JAP and BS version of the game.

Pretty much every game-aspect can be edited and it should be mostly self-explaining.

v1.2 fixes a bug in 2 player mode when cutscene positions got changed
