I have recently uncovered an archived copy of a lost River City Ransom Editor whilst searching for something to insert & extract text; the source websites no longer exist (http://desnet.kodewerx.net/index.php?page=utilities&id=21, http://barf09.googlecode.com/), though the latter was archived on the Wayback machine and so was the download file.
Comedically named "BARF!", ("The adly [A]cronymmed [R]iver City Ransom Modi[F]ier"), the game editor includes:
-Text editing (NPC Names/Conversation, Shop Conversation, Location Names, etc.)
-And an incomplete background editor
-Shop Item Editor(?) ("Shop Items, Stock List") |
