Characteristics Editor for the Technos game - Bikkuri Nekketsu Shin Kiroku! - Harukanaru Kin Medal (Crash 'n' the Boys: Street Challenge).

How to use

[li]Click Load Rom[/li]
[li]Change the characteristics[/li]
[li]Click Save Current[/li]
[li]If you need to choose the next team, and do 2, 3 point again[/li]
[/list]

Note. When you switch teams without saving, the result will be reset. HP characteristics are not updated at the team selection screen, because it is a graphic, that must be redrawn in the tile editor.
