Description
4BPP SMS/GG/WSC to Neo-Geo Sprite Converter is a tool that converts 4BPP SMS/GG/WSC tile format to the tile format expected by Neo-Geo sprites.

Depending on what system type you're targeting (cart vs. CD), the steps you need to take to make the final conversion differ. (This information is included in the readme, but reproduced here as well.)

[Converting to Cart]

To convert a "outfile.c0" to the numbered C ROMs, you'll need a program that can split files by words (each two bytes). ROMWak can do this with the /w option.

[Converting to CD/.SPR]

CD systems use a .SPR file, so you're halfway there. All you need to do is byteswap the output. (Yes, it's that simple.)

[Other Notes]

The package includes 32 and 64-bit binaries for Windows, as well as the source code. The source code should compile on any system with a decent C standard library.
