This patch, for the demo of Haru no Ashioto, does precisely what it claims - translates the text, and does a fine job of it. Considering that the game is, largely, text, music, and pictures, the writing for the game is even important than in other text-heavy genres, and I'm happy to report that the writing will serve you well through the demo of the game.
