This patch translates all text in CV:HoD DLC11 (Julius) from Japanese into Chinese.
How to apply the patch:
1. Download the patch and extract the xdelta file.
2. Locate the original file (see readme file for detailed path), and make a backup of it if needed.
3. Use any xdelta patching tool to patch above file.
Note:
1. This patch only translates text in DLC11, NOT the base game.
2. This patch works for US/JP/EU edtions.
