The contents of this zip file will update the NPC character dialog seen in the game from Japanese to English. Note that the in-game menus, item descriptions, and certain pop-up texts could not be translated and appear in their original Japanese format. This alone allows someone not fluent in Japanese to play and complete the game.
This translation was made with the help of Google Translate and, later, DeepL Translator. The author does not read or speak Japanese and is a native English speaker. Efforts were made to keep the dialog as close to the assumed original intention as possible. Some localization decisions were made to read more naturally to native English speakers and to inform about game mechanics not explicitly explained elsewhere in the game. |
