This game is a prequel to the first Baten Kaitos game. A young man named Sagi is hired to assassinate the Emperor. When he goes there, he finds out that it's a trap. He must flee with his two friends a robot, and a girl. Can they unravel the mystery and clear Sagi's name?

| Translation Description |
This patch contains a complete German translation of the game "Baten Kaitos Origins", along with some patches to remove censorship from the US version of the game.
- Complete translation of the game's script, menus and UI graphics
- Based on the official US translation
- During the patching process, the user can decide whether the title of the game should be translated as well or not
- Several other changes the US version made to the Japanese version can be undone if the user wants to
- Thoroughly tested on Wii/Wii U (via Nintendont) and Dolphin
- Compatible with RyleFury's Undub Patch (undub patch must be applied first)
- Some bugs of the original game have been fixed
The patch program will start in English if the system language is set to anything except German. The uncensor patches can be applied without applying the German translation patch. Please note that a patch to fix a crash in the Battlefields of Atria will be applied no matter which patches you select.
Requires:
- supported images (original US version, US version with undub patch)
- Java 8 or higher
How to use:
- Place the images and the patch program into the same folder.
- Run the patch program. On Windows, double-clicking on the "patch.bat" file is usually sufficient if Java is installed. On other operating systems it may work differently.
- Select the patches you want to apply and click on "Apply patches"
- The original files will not be overwritten, new image files will be created.
Version 1.2 of the patch cannot be applied to any earlier version of the German translation. Users must provide an image of the US version, with or without the undub patch.
