Ketsui: Death Label is one of the best, if not the best, shoot 'em ups on DS. It was made by a small Japanese company, Cave, that is famous for making a lot of great bullet hells on arcades. The game doesn't really have a lot of text and the menus are in English, so it's easy to navigate and play, however, your achievements (the EVAC report section) and "Teach me! IKD-san!!" are in Japanese.
