Hokuto no Ken is a game for the Sega Master System that was completely changed for western markets and retitled “Black Belt”. The game is based on a TV anime called Fist of the North Star (Hokuto no Ken).
Translation Description
This is an English translation of Hokuto No Ken for the Sega Master System.

At last, the game is now fully playable in English as it always should. You'll notice this is more challenging than Black Belt and way better than the NES game.
