Romance of the Forgotten Kingdom English Patch v0.9 beta
Korean RPG Romance of the Forgotten Kingdom (Korean: Mangguk Jeon'gi: Ichyeojin Nara-ui Iyagi; the official English title was The Romance of Forgotten Kingdom) by Mirinae Software.
The current version 0.9 is not 100% finished, but the whole story with both optional paths is fully playable in English. Most of the things that need fixing require more profound hacking skills than mine, though, so this is the only release for the foreseeable future, and further updates would have to rely mostly on outside help.
