The Adventures of Bayou Billy is a action beat ‘em up game for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

The game was originally released in Japan as Mad City. When brought over to US and Europe, many atrocious changes were made to the gameplay, making the game very hard and borderline unbeatable.
Translation Description
This is complete translation patch for Mad City, the Japanese version of Bayou Billy. The game is much easier and features more content than its American counterpart. It's near perfect, so enjoy.

For the American version, the Quiz mode and 3 more endings were removed. With this patch, you'll be able to experience the full game.
