Strange! It's something to do with the [code]src= part specifically. For some reason, after it gets reformatted into HTML, it just adds " after the = without it being there. Or at least that's what happens for me. If you add a " normally it gets changed into a & quot ; (added spaces because IDK how else to keep it from rendering as "). Weirdly, I had it do as you described once but it wouldn't happen again.

I tested this out by just previewing this post many times before posting.

It's nearing Halloween, so I'm wondering what music to port over to the MMORPG I play. This may very well be next on the chopping block. Transcribing this is... going to be a challenge.
Love that track!

But if we want spooky, this track made me feel honest to god dread when I had to listen to this for what felt like damn near an hour. I managed to get through that stupid valley first try tho! It was the most tense I've ever been while playing a video game in a long long time.

I've heard of this before, but never did setup and play it. I've really only played Bomberman '94 (poorly lol) on Vizzed's RGR netplay. If you wanna host a NeoROMHacking Power Bomberman game night, I'd be down to throw hands kick bombs.

You can add images with the HTML image tags to manually specify a size if you think it's too large for your post, and make it a clickable link to the full image too.

Not as uniform or convenient as the forum autoscaling large images, but it's still a serviceable solution.

I'm using Metro / "Windows 8 Style" (Nicole).

It is simple, readable and has a good font size so my eyes aren't strained.
That said, I'd like something similar, but with reds/oranges over blue, haha.
If you're worried about font size, you can increase font size in your profile settings (towards the bottom next to date and time format). I know I bumped mine up because I live in 2024 with a 1080p monitor, so a smaller font size is just makes me lean forward into my monitor too much. Frees you up to pick other themes without worrying about font size too.

Huh. I was unaware you could use HTML code for these forums. They're usually turned off by default.

That's a convenient middle ground until we get an answer from NinCollin himself. Thanks.
HTML / CSS is how the post layouts some people have work (like mine). There doesn't seem to be any real limitation or restriction on it's use in posts either (but if you try to embed an animation it does prevent it, so that has to be hotlinked from somewhere else).
