I keep a list of interesting ROM hacks currently in development. Why not share it with everyone. Please keep in mind that people work on this in their off-time, so there are no release dates or any guarantee that these projects will ever be completed. Please don't bug the creators for progress updates. Info will be shared when it's ready.

Castlevania 3: Aperture of Corruption Creator: Toffi Aperture of corruption is a prequel to CV3, following the mother of Trevor Belmont, Sonia. Lore wise, this project looks to answer; why the Belmont were feared by the start of CV3, solving the mystery behind the time traveler Saint Germain, the disappearance of the Belmont clan after 1792, Dracula's forgotten resurrection in 1897, how Quincey Morris defeated Dracula and the bizarre time stopping pocket watch found throughout the series.

I'm surprised that the roster in Super Mario Kart can be extended that far, but a lot of those are alternates to pre existing racers which is probably the best way to do it. ____________________ 8-bit is enough. |

I don’t know if it’s just me but I think this thread should be stickied. Definitely would be nice to have an easy to find go to spot for cool upcoming rom hacks. ____________________ Give someone a fish and you feed them for a day, teach them how to fish and you feed them for life. |

The game will even feature a day/night cycle with unique events happening during each part of the day.
