Features

1. Submission System

   This is probably the single biggest hurdle; while I want to get some form of submission system open by August 20th, it's also a lot to code.
   
   At the very least (if I can't get the submission code completed by the 20th,) I'll have a forum and a File Uploader such that users can make a thread with resources to add/update, appropriately tag the thread as such, and I'll manually edit the database myself to make the changes



2. A new home page, with recently released hacks + news

   I'd like to have a home page that shows news/newest resources, rather than dropping users directly into the forum. The page itself won't be hard to code, but editing all the references to index.php in the forum software's code might be annoying



3. Improved search

   I'd like to add more sorting options, and improve the searchbox (as search is a big wonky)



4. Improved mobile functionality

   This one is a little ways off (necessary features take priority over quality-of-life things) but the site could be make muchhh more mobile friendly
