I would like to take a few minutes to formally address delays with getting the submissions system rolled out.

Releasing it has some ongoing delays, as Real Life exists, and has been dealing some blows to me lately (college + work overload, family drama, having to move again, etc), so I haven't been able to make as much progress lately as I wish. It is still being worked on, and I'm thinking about temporarily leveraging a subforum for submissions until the full system is completed. I will make another announcement for further updates

On a more positive note, the Community Database has finally been implemented, so all the sections that will have submissions now exist
