NeoRHDN - Hacks - Hack Information

Massimo
Hack of Super Mario World
Description
Welcome to the strange, lonely world of Massimo.

So who is Massimo?
I haven't a clue. Maybe some distant relative of Mario, or maybe just some random bum who happens to share many of that plumber's traits.

What is Massimo?
Well it's a complete mod of Super Mario World. It's a bit of an experimentation of blanding the Mario style, a peppering adventure game elements, and a dash of inspirations from such games as Shadow of the Beast.

What can I expect from this mod?
Well I hope you get a grand adventure out of it! Stages are quite vast and could take more than a couple of minutes to complete (you could one man through it like a, um, man, or use savestates at the beginning of each area if you like). It can be quite challenging but fair (this is no Kaizo Mario). And in the end it will leave you wish a refreshing feeling of soul crushing empitiness.

What else? What else?!?
Um, well there are two hidden games within Massimo: Massi8Bit and MassiBits. Both have their own unique style and approach to level design.

What else is in here?
Along with the main game I've included a short BONUS game, Mario's Mini Adventure! It's five large stages, all interconnected, each having a hidden alternate path. It's a short adventure that attempts to meld Mario with the Massimo style.

Any final words?
May the blessings of Torgo's knees be upon you, adventurer!
