Description
This patch fixes the botched NegCon controls in Battle Gear 3 and allows you to play the game using the NegCon controller on the PS2.

NOTE: DualShock 2 Config H must be selected in the controller options menu for this patch to function as intended.

All relevant info contained the readme file (including how to patche and how to create your own patches)!
