Hack of Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers
Description
When Lord Hiryu released his remaster of SSFII, he changed some of the instrumentation used for the music. This carried over into Dolsilwa's edit of that patch. Unfortunately, the changes were left in an unfinished state, and in my opinion, don't sound as good as the original soundtrack. This patch restores the original instrumentation.

There are two IPS files included: one for use with Lord Hiryu's original remaster (https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/6059/), and another for use with Dolsilwa's version (https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/7438/).
