Sagaia One Button Attack

Description
Controls have been changed so that you no longer need to hold down both buttons to fire your standard forward shot and downward missiles at the same time. Now button 1 will accomplish both.

Button 2 is now a pause button. It isn't however an unpause button, and the Pause button on the console will need to be used to unpause the game.
