Hack of Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium
Description
This patch restores two enemies that were removed from localizations outside of Japan. They were Acacia and Shadmirage.

Optionally included is another patch that, in addition to the above, also includes lory1990's bugfix patch.

Patch is in BPS format and is patchable with Floating IPS.
