Description
This hack is meant to remove the film projector flicker effect that appears in the story intro, mission briefing, intermission, and cutscenes, as that may trigger people people's flashing sensitivity, and in the GBA version it is particularly obnoxious.

RHDN user Lightbulbsun, provided the necessary addresses and values to change, and Tsukiyomaru0 was responsible for applying the changes and producing the patch.
