Hack of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Description
For those interested in making a balance patch or some such for Super Mario RPG, this may be useful in checking healing spells, one of the biggest imbalances of the original. The Healing Timing-Dependence Patch makes the player's healing spells weaker when not perfectly timed. This will help in adding more involved challenge with healing spell usage.

Update to 1.1: fixed multi-target healing affecting the middle and left characters being weaker on correct but not perfect timing.
