NeoRHDN - Hacks - Hack Information

Tweek'd Controls
Hack of Fur Fighters: Viggo's Revenge
Description
This is a simple hack to make Fur Fighter's: Viggo's Revenge much more playable for those not brought up on the original. This hack reverses the default stick assignments, so that in practice the left stick is used to move around, and the right stick is used to aim when using the "Advanced" control assignments.

To clarify, this hack is intended to be used with the "Advanced" control assignments (Options 1-4 will only change vertical look inversion, and jump/fire assignments), and is likely not going to be enjoyable for use with the "Beginner" control schemes.

This can make a few mini-games a little confusing since the control prompt will still reference the sticks as they were originally mapped, but it only takes a moment to adapt, and the swapped sticks make exploration and gunplay much more comfortable for a more modern audience.

The control swap also extends to Fluffmatch, so everyone gets the new control scheme!

It should be noted that this hack requires either the right stick or the D-Pad to be used for menu navigation.

This hack was created using the premade tools by PelvicThrustMan: PS2 Remapper and PS2 Patch Engine. PLEASE send your support their way for making those incredible tools!
