This hack makes it so the default walking speed is as fast as the magic carpet. I've included both a bps and an ips version for the heck of it since the original patch was ips.
Known bugs:
1) Cutscenes will play strangely as the hero moves faster than the game is expecting him to. He will outpace other characters. It's possible that a cutscene could get stuck because of this. It is a good idea to save often with this patch.
2) After using the boat, magic carpet, or any other vehicle and disembarking, walking speed will be reset to it's normal slow rate. When entering a town or dungeon it should go back to the increased speed.
