Hack of Chip's Challenge
Description
There is a game mechanic where if the player dies 10 times, after spending 10 seconds in the level each of those times, and it is level 139 or below (not the last 10 levels), the player is prompted with the option to skip the level.

This patch disables that for the Lynx version.
