Description
Fixes graphical glitches in Pokemon Crystal that occur when running the game through Goomba Color (https://www.dwedit.org/gba/goombacolor.php).

Credit to kmatzen and Sakitoshi for creating this fix based on disassembly by pret (https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal).
