Description
This patch removes an annoying buzzing noise caused by the power-up state of the DMC channel. It should improve the audio experience for those who may want to play this FDS port of Druid.

This patch requires a headered file. Figuring out how to apply this in conjunction with the English translation (which requires a headerless file) is an exercise for the end user.
