NES "Sanma no Meitantei (Japan)" IPS patch.

Changed Sanma to Marisa.

Only changes are the graphic and the name, so the dialogue remains Sanma.
Enjoy the Kansai dialect Marisa.

The included "Detective Marisa.ips" is a patch that can be additionally applied to the following hacks.
