Final Fight 2 Readjusted is a hack of Final Fight 2 that brings the following changes:

- Players can select the same character without the need to execute a cheat to do so.
- Maki, Carlos and Haggar 2nd colors are changed.
- The limit of enemies spawning in the screen was changed from 3 to 5.
