This is a graphics romhack for Monster World III,
known as Wonderboy 5 outside of Japan on SEGA GENESIS.
The title screen did not have the feel of the original MW Monster World logo so it was changed.
You need

[li]Floating IPS[/li]

How to patch:

[li]Open flips.exe[/li]
[li]Click "Apply Patch"[/li]
[li]Choose the .bps file[/li]
[li]Choose the original ROM[/li]
[li]Save the patched file[/li]
[/list]
The game is tested extensively on emulation and original hardware.
