Patch with a no header rom of Pac-Man 2 - The New Adventures (USA)
A port of MS. PAC-MAN was included in PAC-MAN 2 - THE NEW ADVENTURES (aka HELLO! PAC-MAN) as a playable game in two level areas. It is different to the vertical scrolling version released by Williams Electronics and resembles the Namco NES version with upgraded graphics.
This IPS patch turns MS. PAC-MAN into its own standalone game for SNES. No password required, arcade areas or items to find. No menus.
Note: A patch for the Pac-Man arcade game (also included in Pac-Man 2) as a standalone game is also available here
Update 13th Feb 2022: A PAL patch is also now included in the download. This is only recommended for use on a PAL SNES. Patching info is included in the PAL version folder.
Update 21st Aug 2022: Bug fix where holding start on the Namco screen skipped to Pac-Man 2 menu. Thanks Svambo :) |
