Hack of Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver
Description
Turns the PAL 50hz version of Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver into a NTSC 60 build.

This was done because the NTSC-U version of Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver has compatibility issues with the PAL PS1 Mechacon and no such patch existed.
